In a charming, high-quality estate with 2 hectares of parkland and an enclosed private car park with 50 spaces, in a quiet location not far from major roads (A1), a railway station (5 minutes) serving a TER line from Paris-Nord station, and Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport (30 minutes). Depending on your needs, we can provide you with 5 modular areas ranging from 25 m2 to 200 m2 for your business meetings, with overhead projectors and screens, or LED walls up to 15m2 in size (5m x 3m) with the option of 3 screens of 5m2 (2.5m x 2m). Wedding

TO MAKE YOUR SPECIAL DAY UNFORGETTABLE

This beautiful residence is greatly enhanced by its 2-hectare landscaped park with multi-centenary trees of various types. In this magnificent bucolic setting, you may wish to indulge in a moment of nonchalance in the shade of a blue cedar that could have been home to the Emperor himself. Our private car park, with automatic gates and capacity for at least 50 cars, has a dedicated entrance that is separate from the main entrance to the estate, allowing you to feel at home throughout your event without interfering with the various parties involved in making it a complete success, who will be able to park in a car park reserved for them as close as possible to the entrance to the estate. Le Carrosse

The estate offers you the opportunity to hire a prestigious classic car for your event.

It is a DELAGE DI12 built in 1936, of the ponté-colonial type. It was made to measure following a special order from its first purchaser. As was common practice at the time, and even if this may seem surprising for a 100% French car, it is right-hand drive and has 4 seats at the rear to comfortably accommodate children and, in this case, bridesmaids. As you wish, this icon of the French automotive industry will magnify your photos and make them unique and above all unforgettable. This pre-war rolling work of art will be supplied with its driver. With its 1930s prestige car look, it has been used in a number of historical films, often relating to the Second World War. It has even been disguised as a 1940s Mercedes.
